Kingdoms Kids seeks to point our children to King Jesus.

Our children’s ministry at The King’s Church is designed to be more than simply “childcare.” We believe that every family alongside the local church is called to disciple and raise children to know and believe the good news of Jesus. Toward this aim, Kingdom Kids has four focus areas:

  1. Gospel Formation:  forming children according to their development and building on biblical knowledge with every year of growth

  2. Catechistic Curriculum: instilling truths through repetition, association, and Q&A

  3. Multi-Generational Worship: forming and discipling our children to become faithful, covenant members of the church

  4. Volunteer-Discipleship: forming our children also requires forming our volunteers

We affirm that God has given parents the primary role of biblical instruction and gospel proclamation in their child’s life.  Therefore, Kingdom Kids seeks to come alongside parents in the discipleship of their children. In our Church Center “Parent Group,” there is access to monthly discipleship guides to continue the learning at home. We also strive to maintain communication with parents on how their child is doing to ensure they feel loved, welcome, and served.

Available Classrooms

Kingdom Kids serves babies-Kindergarten at our morning services (9am and 11am) and babies-three year olds at our evening service (5pm).

Checking In

When families arrive at church on Sunday morning, they can head to our “Kingdom Kids Lobby” located in our back building. Parents will “check-in” their family via Planning Center and the system will assign them to their appropriate classroom. There will be volunteers available to assist.

Drop-Off

Babies-three year olds can be dropped off at their designated classrooms beginning at 8:50am, 10:50am, and 4:50pm. For our morning services, Preschool-Elementary students will remain with parents at the start of the corporate service. After the scripture reading, they will be dismissed to line up with their teachers and classmates to head to their classroom in our back building for the remainder of the morning.
