"Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." (1 Thess. 5:16-18)
Join us on the first Wednesday of every month for a church-wide day of prayer and fasting. This monthly rhythm reflects our desire to be a church that is marked by dependent prayer as we continue to follow Jesus as he builds his church in our midst. These days of prayer will help us together to "always to pray and not lose heart" (Luke 18:1).
You can participate with us in three ways:
Sign-Up to Pray: We are inviting all who call TKC home to sign-up for a 30-minute block of prayer so we might saturate the entire day in prayer.
Fasting: For those who are able, we invite you to fast from food until sundown.
Corporate Prayer: The sanctuary at the Chapel will be open for corporate prayer and a short time of worship together from 5:30pm - 6:15pm. We encourage you to join us as we end the day and our time of fasting praying and singing together!
